Sign in to the portal
How you sign in to the portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications. depends on the authentication method configured for your system. For all authentication methods, though, you need a user name. For most authentication methods, you need a password. Your system administrator provides your user name and password for system access.
Procedure
- Go to the system URL that is provided to you.
Example:
https://wfo.companyA.com/wfo - Optional: When available, from the Language list, select a language to use for your session.
- Enter the user name provided by your system administrator.
- Select Continue.
- If prompted, enter your password.
In some cases In Risk Management, use cases to group interactionss according to the needs of the enterprise. Interactions can reside in multiple cases simultaneously., you are prompted to enter both user name and password.
- Select GO.
The system opens.
